e-COMMUNITIES

PortalStreet supports the social and economic development of communities. Our chosen path to show this support is by e-enabling communities, specifically by building community websites. We envision that the resulting online connections and interactions will help precipitate concrete, community-strengthening actions and activities.

Assignments

We are currently redeveloping CoochieIsland.com, Coochiemudlo Island's community website. The site originally went live in September 2005.

We expect a significant boost in site statistics following this site redevelopment.


Product development

We will be doing R&D in Coquimbo, Chile in June 2008 in order to arrive at a more definitive model for the deployment and funding of e-communities.
